Link customers will receive an exceptional home with the highest levels of energy efficiency combined with innovative design and quality fittings. The design and material selection are drawn from Link’s Design Guide which sets the benchmark for an architectural response which aims to provide attractive homes and creating more sustainable communities in which people want to live.

Energy Efficient

Link new homes are designed and built with minimising energy use in mind, combining the likes of highly efficient gas central heating and hot water systems, high thermal insulation and double glazing.  All homes are designed to an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) efficiency rating of B, ensuring whether rented or owned, homes will be warm, comfortable and economical to heat and run.

Building communities is one of Link’s core strategic objectives. Link subscribes to a Neighbourhood Commitment which details the standards that it will deliver to create clean, attractive and safe communities where residents can be proud to call home. 

Its Asset Management and Factoring teams combined with Link’s ISO accredited in-house repairs contractor, Link Property will ensure that properties and communal areas are well maintained, safe and secure for tenants and owners.
